Pars Associates
(Attorneys-at-Law)

We are a law firm established in 1960’s in Iran. After the Islamic Revolution in Iran, in 1980, the firm was completely restructured. We do boast of being the one and the only pioneer law firm that was instrumental in solving the peculiar problems of corporate clients of all nationalities  engaged in Iran in carrying out contracts of large projects of power plants, refineries, pipelines, petrochemical complexes, etc. and the foreign and Iranian firms conducting trading, production and manufacturing activities as well as a majority of the
embassies of foreign countries and the entities connected to them to facilitate business between foreign countries and Iran. As time passed our diverse services continued to be used by our clients in contentious and non- contentious spheres: civil, taxation, commercial, social security and etc.

We are also translators of legal texts since 1981. We publish 48 bulletins of Legal Information Service annually. Voluminous texts such as the translation of the national budget bill, new essential laws of commerce, taxation, etc. are being offered through a single publication covering as many as five LIS bulletins. LIS Bulletins contain accurate and fine translation of laws, regulations, decrees and various circular letters issued by ministries and government and public organizations as well as important interviews and economic and commercial articles published in Persian dailies and specialized publications.
